Olga Harvey

Olga Harvey brings 20 years of business experience and boundless passion for sports to the Women’s Sports Foundation where she is leading the community impact team with primary focus on youth engagement and athlete leadership.

Olga’s entry into sports and philanthropy was at the New York Junior Tennis & Learning, where she managed marketing, special events, and development. Prior to NYJTL, Olga worked at Daymon Worldwide, the global retail brand development firm. Her experience included roles in retail, analytics, human resources, information technology, and business management. In 2006 she became company’s youngest vice president and officer responsible for global sourcing and business development.

Olga is a native of Moscow, Russia. She received a bachelor’s in business management and marketing from Cornell University, where she played on the varsity tennis team. She was the team captain and holds a 21-0 record in Ivy League singles play. She was two-time Ivy League player of the year and was inducted into the Cornell Athletic Hall of Fame in 2006.

Since graduating from Cornell, Olga stayed involved in tennis by joining the United States Tennis Association. She is an avid player and volunteer with USTA. Olga currently serves as the officer on the USTA eastern board of directors and is a member of the USTA National Committee for Diversity and Inclusion.

Olga is married to Dave Harvey (basketball player and marathon runner) and is a proud mother of two boys, Max (10) and Alex (7), who enjoy swimming and ice skating. In addition to tennis, Olga loves golf, downhill skiing, and mountain biking.
