Eric DiMiceli
Director, Social Responsibility

As director of social responsibility, Eric DiMiceli oversees the league’s NBA Cares platforms and partnerships, including programs like NBA FIT and Hoops for Troops. DiMiceli works closely with partners in developing integrated and sustainable community outreach programs, targeting key areas like education, youth and family development, and health and wellness.

DiMiceli supports the league’s many international grassroots and community outreach events such as NBA Global Games, Basketball Without Borders, and the Jr. NBA. DiMiceli began his career at the NBA in 2006, and is involved in a variety of volunteer projects and organizations, including youth mentoring, Rebuilding Together, and New York Cares.

DiMiceli holds a BS in business management with a concentration in sports management from Sacred Heart University where he played Division I baseball. He and his wife, Jacqueline, have two daughters, three-year old Isabella and 15-month-old Valentina, and reside in Crestwood, NY with their puppy, Teddy.
