Taylor Justice is co-founder and president of Unite Us and a US Army Veteran. He was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army as an Infantry Officer and received an honorable medical discharge from active duty. In 2013, he co-founded Unite Us, an outcome-focused technology company that extends traditional health care delivery by powering networks of clinical and social service providers.

Unite Us helps systems and communities integrate physical, behavioral, and social services into care delivery. Their platform supports organizations along the continuum to collaborate in real-time, track the entire patient journey, and report on outcomes together. Through their work with communities across the country, they have emerged as the national leader in cross-sector collaboration and community-wide care coordination software. They have recently been recognized as an Amazon Web Services’ city on a cloud innovation award winner, 2018 EPIC’s App Orchard Startup Pitch Competition winner, a Gartner Cool Vendor for health value delivery, selected by North Carolina to be their statewide social determinants of health solution, and the enterprise-wide social determinants of health solution for Kaiser Permanente and their Thrive Local initiative.

Taylor holds academic allegiance to both the United States Military Academy at West Point and Columbia Business School. He lives in New York City with his wife, Meghan.
