Prior to Columbia Business School, Dana spent three years as Communications and Events Manager at Ice Hockey in Harlem (IHIH), a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged Harlem-based children. Dana led development initiatives, including special events, grant proposals, partnership acquisitions, volunteer retention, and social media campaigns.

Prior to IHIH, Dana spent six years as an analyst in the Capital Introduction Group at JPMorgan (JPM), facilitating targeted introductions between the bank’s hedge fund clients and qualified investors. At JPM, Dana also ran thought-leadership events and wrote industry-trend primers. She was the team lead for employee volunteerism and active with the Bankers Without Borders program. In her second-year at the business school, Dana hopes to deepen her knowledge of impact investing and the ways in which corporations can elevate socially responsible initiatives and maximize impact.
