Jeff Kaiser is the chief operating officer at Propel, a Brooklyn-based technology company that builds software to improve the financial lives of low-income Americans. Propel operates Fresh EBT, a smartphone app that allows SNAP participants to easily manage their benefits and find ways to save money and earn income. Over 2 million households across the country now use Fresh EBT every month.
Prior to joining Propel, Jeff was a project manager with Dalberg Global Development Advisors based in Lagos, Nigeria and Washington, DC. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University in political science.
