Thomas is a founding member of Thorobird Companies, a social enterprise real estate investor. Thorobird assists owners, churches, communities, and governments in the development and execution of impactful real estate investments. Thomas believes that there is no better way in business to make a difference than social impact investing. Thomas leverages a background in quantitative finance and real estate development and an urban upbringing to create impactful investments for investors and communities. Prior to Thorobird, Thomas worked as quantitative analyst, an association portfolio manager, and an institutional investment advisor in the realm of finance, and as a real estate construction loan underwriter, and later as a managing director of development director in the realm of real estate.

A native of Lakeland, Florida, Thomas received a BA in economics and international relations from Colgate University and received a MBA in real estate finance and entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School. He serves as a deacon at the Convent Avenue Baptist Church, where he manages the Prison and Young Adult ministries. Thomas lives in New York with his lovely wife, artist Ai Campbell, and Chihuahua, Tudy.
