Laureus Foundation

Ben Schornack is a program officer for the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. He currently manages place-based giving and coalition-building in NYC, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Prior to Up2Us, Ben has worked as a program manager and basketball coach, and he is a proud alumnus of AmeriCorps VISTA. He sits on the advisory board for the St John’s Sports Management program and regularly guest-lectures there. Throughout his career, he has worked with community organizations and stakeholders to merge assets and build capacity to achieve these high-impact outcomes. Ben lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Jenna. He graduated from Central College in Iowa with a BA in psychology.
